JOB SUMMARY
Visually inspects and packages manufactured products to ensure compliance with the customer’s and Plastikos’ quality specifications.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

- Retrieves parts for visual inspection from the assigned number of injection molding machines.
- Completes the specified level of inspection and packaging with the necessary tools provided (magnification light, microscope, visual acceptance criteria, scales, etc.) per Plastikos’ and the customer’s specifications.
- Completes all corresponding internal documentation per Plastikos’ requirements.
- Communicates with team members to ensure the highest quality and production efficiency levels are attained.
- Notes any discrepancies or notes from the production run on the DPR (Daily Production Report).
- Takes final approved product to the shipping area.
- Cleans and works to maintain a neat, organized, and safe workplace throughout the work area.
- Adheres to company-implemented policies and procedures for job role.
- May be required to perform job duties in the white room, cleanroom, or other areas.
- Any other duties assigned by the Supervisor.
MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
